Started at 171....so embarrassed and miserable to be at this weight. I’ve got to get some weight off. I dont think the keto diet is good for long term but I need a jump start and this isn’t too hard for me to do short term. (3months) I want to lose 30 before the holidays. Keto don’t fail me!
