Happy Veggie-Giving to all! Our veggie buffet turned out great, and after eating quite a large meal, I don't have much to feel guilty about! (Maybe just the dessert afterwards!) After watching the biggest looser on Tuesday night and how they re-did the whole traditional meal, it was'nt hard to incorporate some of those ideas into my own cooking. The kids had fun making the rolls in the bread maker. they take food coloring and squirt some ont he dough before baking and make these wild looking swirly buns! hysterical!
Everyone has to add their own personal touch!
It's a beautiful sunny 48 degrees here in Hershey,PA. couldn't ask for better weather for this time of year.
we have a lot to be thankful for.... My close friend just returned from a work trip from India and was staying in the same hotel that had the terrorist attacks on it. I thanked God today that he was brought home safely to his family... what a terrible thing to happen there.
Happy Thanksgiving to all... may we all count our blessings.
