I think so @Big Boned But Toned, but of course most people will be biased towards things they make themselves... and that's probably my FAVORITE ingredient... knowing that I made it myself. More specifically though, this is my 2nd version and each time I flavor it differently. The first time I added 1 date and half a banana to 32oz. The 2nd time I added 10g of coconut sugar to 32oz. Both times ended up with less carbs than store bought. To match store bought, I would add twice as much sugar. But I usually make vegan protein shakes when I have milk (adding blueberries or banana, so I don't need it to be sweet on it's own). Keep winning!
