I say 'Poorly', because like a couple of weeks ago or so, I went over by about 1750 calories early in the week, so should still have lost a pound by this coming Monday, which in fact I had by yesterday morning.

This is a bit of a false reading this morning because I didn't eat much yesterday, but I thought that if I had a really good weight this morning, it would inspire me to try to stick to maintenance calories for the next week on holiday in the wilds of North Kent... lol... I'm travelling by train, or I'd pack my bathroom scales, but as it is, we'll see how I've done in a week's time...

I'm not writing down and weighing and measuring everything this week like I usually do on my homemade spreadsheet, just keeping a fairly educated tally-up. It takes time I'd rather be spending walking along the prom or in the swimming pool... or eating chips or ice-cream... just not in massive quantities... lol... because now I've seen the magical 14 stone mark on the scales this morning, it would be even more magical to never see that number 14 again, remembering that the last time I tried to maintain on holiday, I actually lost a pound (well over a decade ago... but still... it's been done)... anyway, I must get packed - last-minute Annie again... lol...have a fab slimming/maintaining week, y'all! xx
