Struggling to get under 55kg! Why is it always so difficult to get rid of those last damn kgs!

Hi, I have been struggling to break through a plateau and my doctor recommended the 28 day eating plan. There are groups on Facebook and a website. A lot of them are South African and Afrikaans. I am not sure of your nationality. The eating plan goes against any and every one of my keto ways, but it was developed by a pharmacist for proven results. I have never eaten this many carbs and I am losing weight for the first time since the beginning of August. I am only on day 6 but I have lost just over a kg.

Die 28 dae eetplan fotos - die naam en spasie voor fotos op FB. Dit is omtrent net 800calorie per dag. Maar ek sukkel nie daarmee nie, en baie vreemd om weer suiwel en baie carbs te eet. Ek sukkel baie erg om te verloor met al my mediese probleme, baie mense verloor baie meer as ek. Hoop jy kom reg en verloor die laaste paar kikogramme. Baie mense verloor baie gewig, maar ek sien ook maar dames wat die laaste paar kilogramme wil afskud sukkel maar.
