Ate whatever I wanted yesterday, but RECORDED everything (a step in the right direction). Ended up with just over 2,800 calories, most of which was from snacking. Meals were PBJ (with butter) for breakfast and dinner, and a homemade hamburger for lunch. Starting out this morning with a bacon sandwich. I just LOVE that BJ's Soft White Bread! Normally, bread is just a way to get food from my hand to my mouth - but this bread is actually really pleasurable. Grandkids are coming over today - usually don't eat quite as much when they're here for some reason.
