Determined to hit my 145 goal by Thanksgiving...we shall see though. At 50 it's a bit harder to lose weight, in my opinion. After 8 back surgeries and refusing narcotics for pain relief it's hard to exercise, but I know I need to just work through the pain. In my 20s I worked in Gym's and worked out daily...I just got so sick of the people and the constant smell of sweat...yuck! I have a lifetime membership to two gyms and cannot bring myself to go. I need to just get off my rear end and move!! Anyway...never going to wear my size 7 skinny jeans again if I don't work harder, move and eat a bit less!
