Going In the right direction. I work the PM shift and get off at 2330. When I get home I am ravenous! So I am saving my lunch for a midnight meal. So far its working. It truly was the hardest time for me to stay out of the refrigerator. So now I am planning for it. I'm not so hungry at 1300 anyway, my appetite does not pick up until about 1700. So Even though the science says I should eat three meals at roughly 4-5 hour intervals I am going to do a little logic and eat when I'm hungry.
