I started this month on 90 and I'm ending it on 90. Can't say I'm upset, in fact I'm happy n relieved. I celebrated a few birthdays this month and had about 2 weeks of no counting (felt anxious).... Been on leave for a month and a half.... N no weight gained.... I'm happy I'm so grateful to God for giving me the strength n wil power to do this and for introducing me to this supportive community 💕
