I think it is best for me to just drop the walking and stick to strictly weight training at this point. My hips are just not going to cooperate. I can't hardly walk for the pain after a work out. It really sucks too because I enjoy walking. But, I am on my feet all day at work, and when my hips are hurting it makes for a pretty miserable day.
