I have been craving salty foods the last two days. And boy does it show in my legs and weight. My ankles are the size of my calves, with little sausage looking toes. Lol. Time to put my feet up, compression socks on and push the salt away. Oh and pineapples. Eating pineapples after high sodium amounts helps. Yum 😋
