Going to have to quit my job😅. Every Friday is takeaways. it's a small company so you really are a party pooper if you don't take part. Going to try my best to have a good weekend to make up for it.

I so relate!!! I once worked for a company for two months and gained 7kgs because of the Friday hangouts where they provided food, snacks and the beverage of your choice (almost always alcohol)! I left for other reasons but still... 🤣🤣🤣

I would suggest perhaps looking at the healthier items on the menu and every once in a while treat yourself to something nice to curb the crazy 😜
