that pork looks juicy! How did you prepare it? Sous-vide?

Season with salt, pepper, garlic, thyme, and paprika. Sear on all sides in a cast iron pan. Bake till internal is at 145°F then rest for 5 min. Cheers!

I get a little more char on my asparagus, with some garlic salt and chili flakes.
