How Ironic! I have been feeling dizzy the last couple of days and it has been getting worse. So I thought, maybe I have been eating too little since Sunday(Less than 1,500 calories for a 118 Kg man). So, I started with a slightly bigger breakfast. Still dizzy at the office this morning. So I come home for lunch, and have a big pasta plate with meat and tomato sauce Plus a piece of chocolate cake. Still dizzy in the afternoon. Late work at the office, I come home for a larger than my usual dinner and another piece of cake. I figured by now and with all the carbs, the dizziness should be gone.
Then I remembered my medicine, given to me last week after blasting a kidney stone. I took my pill and started to read. Side effects: " At least 10% of patients experience dizziness when sitting or standing, or turn suddenly; Nausea has also been reported by at least 20% ..."
So, after missing all my targets (Intake and exercise) today, I discovered the real cause for my dizziness.
So, I wish to thank my urologist for giving me an excuse for a free day. Tomorrow morning: REAL YARD WORK..Plowing and planting broccoli.
