Ok so its been a couple months and a lot has changed. I was doing really good the beginnig of the summer. In September went to Oktoberfest in Germany and lets just say it wasn't pretty when I got back. Massive ammonts of beer and lots of food. I gained 7 pounds in one week. It took me several months to lose that weight. Now I am struggling. I still have 5 pounds of that to lose and a total of 13 pounds left to get back to my goal weight. My pants are tight I have a stomach. I feel like I did just after I had my daughter. I have no excuse but eating unhealhty foods. I have to workout more. I need to lose this baby weight before I have another baby. Oh and it doesn't help that I just walked into the lunch room at work and had some chocolate coffee cake. Fresh start right now!
