Awesome job today, Kara! Meal prepped for four days, three meals a day including snack (and dinner tonight, chicken fajita bowl with homemade jalapeno bread looks yummy). Getting on track with my weight watchers again. My back is killing me now though. All ready planning my meal prep for Friday when I have off - chicken ranch meatballs over butternut squash noodles and steamed garlic broccoli. Yum.
