I need help please.. I have decided to do the macros way.. Now.. I need to eat 1800 calories.. Carbs is 156g Protein 150g Fat 58g.. I am trying to work a days meal with the above.. But my fat is way over.. I am playing around with meats fat and carbs. Can someone give me a 1 day eating routine with my macros please please.. I never get to eat my cals a day and no success with weight loss either.. Aggghhh
