Un freakin believable. In a cool way! I snacked like a beast last night watching football. Promised I would log it all this morning. When I looked at my total for the day after being painfully honest, it was nowhere near as high as I figured. Kept thing s mellow and small all day long, so that helped. Total was higher than I like, but c'mon. its football! Got a good walk and pushups in too, so we will call it El Wash-a-mundo!! ( Officially Spanish,for, a "wash")
