Come on... We must never give up. Ur body works for u, not u for ur body. Start off with small improvements n get better at it. I was huge before so I understand... It's not a hopeless situation my friend. Control ur mind n track what u eat, don't snack n be selective of what u eat. Choose only those healthy, tasty, wonderful foods u love but control ur portions n count the calories. U can do it. Practice intermittent fasting... It's all in the mind.

Yes, listen to Dharsha. You are back here now and that is already a step to a better you. Don't be discouraged. If you don't know where to start. LOG all your food. Enter every single thing that passes your lips. Don't judge, don't hide, don't feel pressured to start a new diet yet... just LOG. Get to Know yourself, what and how much you eat. Then, without dieting, make substitutes for some of the highest calorie things you eat regularly. Eg. If you drink cool drink, drink the diet version of it. Do this all the time until you adjust to the taste. Swop 'chips' for homemade popcorn. When you crave something sweet, eat a sweet fruit! Even a very sweet one. Do these things until it's your new normal. Keep logging. Substitute more. Watch inspiring and informative YouTube videos. Learn about nutrition, not sensationalist weight loss videos. I promise with this Alone, you will feel better and start feeling more energetic , maybe even lose a little weight to motivate you to diet. Download a simple beginners Yoga and try it according to you ability. When you have mastered and made this your 'new' normal, you can think about dieting. Best wishes! 🙏🏾
