I'm back!
Ireland was beautiful, and I ate SO MUCH! I haven't weighed myself yet. I want to do two "fast days" (today and Wednesday) and weigh myself Thursday AM for the awful truth. I entered the International OYSTER EATING CHAMPIONSHIP and walked away with a plaque. I came in about 3rd place overall and could have eaten even more oysters! The winner beat me by 3 seconds. FUN trip! I didn't walk as much as I usually do on vacation and I ate everything in sight. Thursday will be the moment of truth. C'est la vie!

C'est la vie indeed! I think that exceptions are perfectly fine given that we have already achieved the routines. That's already good enough for me ;) That's the most important, I think. It's the routine that keeps us on track. One or two exceptions, once in a while, may have very short term effects but have absolutely no effect in the long run so enjoy!
