I'm back! Ireland was beautiful, and I ate SO MUCH! I haven't weighed myself yet. I want to do two "fast days" (today and Wednesday) and weigh myself Thursday AM for the awful truth. I entered the International OYSTER EATING CHAMPIONSHIP and walked away with a plaque. I came in about 3rd place overall and could have eaten even more oysters! The winner beat me by 3 seconds. FUN trip! I didn't walk as much as I usually do on vacation and I ate everything in sight. Thursday will be the moment of truth. C'est la vie!
