With me, it's all about the mindset, I am an emotional eater, if you are in the right frame of mind and focussed it makes a big difference, mind over matter right? So I use an amazing meditation app called Insight Timer, there's something for everyone, self hypnosis, guided meditations, relaxing music and motivational talks. I also try and watch at least one 'motivational speaker' or fitness guru a week for inspiration. Give Fat Lolli to 6pack Lolli a watch on Amazon Prime, amazing transformation or Tony Robbins maybe! There's lots of apps on Google Play and YouTube has even more videos and also free 'dance with me' or fitness, yoga, walking videos too. If u can't bothered doing any of that just go a nice long walk, clear ur head and get the steps in, I'm never away from the beach!! Hope u find something u like ♥️
