I didn't realize how many calories were in a fresh ear of corn on the cob or tilapia (spelling may be wrong--it's bedtime--LOL). I'm way under, so not worried, but just thinking of he future! I tried to stick to a fresh fish and a fresh veggie (yeah, not green, but fresh--and tasty!). I guess it wasn't the best choices, but it's better than what I was doing prior to my diet. Leftovers are tomorrow for the tilapia.
