On top of last night’s Chinese takeaway I compounded the issues with calories by eating a 120gr Cadbury Caramel bar!
Might as well get hung for a sheep than a lamb!

Anyway back on the horse so to speak, back to the recipe that’s been working so far.
Protein breakfast, salad for lunch, home made dinner.

I’ve been logging Colman’s Somerset pork casserole, but actually it’s a pork and mushroom casserole of my design.
Can’t be bothered to go through the exact measurements here but I know it’s less than 500cals per portion.

Hoping to be at least the same on my next weigh in or lower of course.
