Chinese takeaway tonight, not much I can do about the family meal, except avoid carbs as much as possible and deep fried anything, I’m thinking chop suey and chicken in black bean are the ‘healthiest’ anyway putting 1000 calories aside for that!
Obviously don’t know just what Is in it, so have picked 1100 calorie supermarket stuff just to log it.
