How do you guys cope when the junk food starts creeping in? I was doing well, but I've noticed the takeaways are coming back a bit, and the portions have got slightly bigger. My mind is telling me I don't need it, but I'm still having it, then I feel like crap after for giving in 🥺 I'm going to attempt to start again tomorrow, and forgive myself a bit but I'm so annoyed that I've done it

Can't help as having same problem but I think almost everyone struggles with diet at some point. Just try doing better, I'm trying to set my meals the day before so I'm not over thinking what I want to eat.

Work out your base metabolic rate then keep to those calories. Exercise daily then on the weekend have a treat day don't go mad with portion keep small meals eat every 3 hours. The cheat day speeds up the metabolism. You could always try intermittent fasting too.
