Rose at 6am for the daily walk with the dogs and just then the heavens opened with vigor. Lightning, thunder and a serious downpour for a few hours. The rain stoped by 9am, so the dogs and I managed an 8 mile walk before my 1pm on-line class, however, we were miserable. It was hot & humid. Very sauna-like. After the class ended at 3pm I did two sessions on the Stair Master and just finished. As I got done the Thunder, lightning & rain began again, so I guess we'll be staying in this evening. I now we really need this rain to help aleviate this drought, I just hope it clears out by morning.
