Good Morning everyone...Day of rest today for me, will probably just get in a short walk during lunch. Still got up at 6am. Good day ahead, just gonna plan my meals for the day and then I am off and running. Have a blessed day! Don't forget to show your appreciation to a Veteran today!

Babs, I made my phone calls to all the family veterans today, and thanked them for their service, including my dad who served in the Army in Korea, and then went into the Air Force and retired from that branch in 1972. And congrats on your 3 pound loss and your excellent treadmill work! You are doing awesome. And to any and all veterans here, I ditto Babs' sentiments.
