I've heard a lot of people talk about the "Keto Flu," but I've never experienced it. Could that be what my problem is today? I've been doing Keto for 11 days, and my Carb count has been 12-14% every day. I've pretty much slept all day, and haven't been able to keep even liquid down. I just ate five saltine crackers with some butter on them. Sacrificing 10.5 carbs to do it, but I'd like to be able to get SOME food in me today. Thought that would be a mild thing to try to start with.
