Chest and back today with some extras. Fun workout today. I’ve been slacking on my abs so I through in a few sets in. 💪

Yes I did. I thought it was going to be a little longer but it works. Just glad to be able to use it.

You'll have to do single arm stuff and just use one end to pull it through to make it long. 😜
