I wish this app had a red tail stamp button, for the days that you go over your calories, you could just stamp the day as a fail and MoveOn. Yesterday I went over my calories by 600. I am currently on a 1100 cal diet and I ate 1600 cal. The only good thing is they were healthy calories.
I am currently working on a 36 hour fast, I do like the intermittent fasting as it is rewarding at the scale.
I hope everyone’s having an excellent week, and their Weight loss journey’s are going well.

Hi Kim ☺️ you can go to your diary and actually look at your day, and week. The week ends on Sunday. Anytime you hit over your limit for the day it will show you because it goes above the bar. You got this!💪

Go to diary, then choose reports, it shows where you are in the week😉💜💚

I usually just adjust later days and then check my averages - you can check for the month or a week at a time as well as each day.

Well the good news is you didn't fail as bad as you thought. You were only 500 calories over not 600. 500 surplus calories is only like .15 pounds. Small beans. Keep your head up and do a bit more moving today to make it up

One day doesn't really impact anything long term as far as "real" weight loss or gain. A lot of those kinds of days will though. So just pick up and move on. It's not worth beating yourself up over it.
