So looking at my Fatsecret history, I noticed that I start off strong and then taper off. Me and my boss were discussing Co-Vid and health and how we would really be screwed if we caught it right now. So we started a challenge. We are bringing our breakfast and lunch in and really going to watch what we eat. So I entered everything I brought to eat today and will follow it. I am also doing an Intermittent Fasting program and my hours of eating are 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Yesterday was great. Just have to stick to it. I know I can do it.
