After weeks of re-cooping from Back Surgery, its time to get my butt in gear again. Two disks between L3 to L5 vertebrae were herniated, so the surgeon shaved off the bulges that were pressing on my nerves. By the time I got to surgery, I couldn't walk but a few steps. I was screaming in pain. Thank goodness for medicine!

Okay....so my sweetie and I are drinking juice with protein powder in it for breakfast. Its a nice way to get fruit into your diet. We have really enjoyed it, but its a bummer to clean the juicer every morning. :(

The good news is, I found some pants back in my closet that I have never worn because they were too tight. They fit! Now I just need to hem them to my short little legs....and I will have some new clothes to wear. Life can be grand!!!
