Seven days under my loosening belt! Lost 5 pounds for the week, hallelujah! Average daily macros for the week: Fats = 68%; Net Carbs = 28.84g; Calories = 1,993; Fiber = 28.83g; Water = 56oz; Exercise = virtually none. My biggest struggles has been to keep my Net Carbs under 30g and my Calories under 2,000. I WON'T let myself go over the 30 Net Carbs, but I don't mind if my Calories go SLIGHTLY over 2,000, as long as the average for the week stays under 2,000. I'd like the Fats to be over 70%, but as long as they are over 60, I meet the Daily Accountability goal. The goal for water is 6 cups (48oz) but the last half of the week, I was able to get in 8 cups a day. I'm thankful that God has given me the determination to be successful this week, and my confidence is starting to build that I can stick with it. Mind you, I've had no major temptations thrown in my way, so my resolve hasn't really been tested yet. Praying I'll stay strong and reap great results in the process!
