Sunday was a disasterous calorie day. I just entered in all the food I ate. No wonder my stomach hurt so much after dinner. Hoping today and tomorrow's calorie crunch will help. Dinner out did some serious damage. Hopefully the calories listed were higher than the calories in the non chain restaurant i ate at. Even so...no more dinners out for me for a while unless its sushi or a salad.
