Called yesterday a cheat day because I had no clue what I was eating lol. It was good and I approx it to be about 1000 calories in total. Went for Dim Sum yesterday morning with some friends. For dinner, I had Matzo Ball Soup (homemade) which was definitely 250 calories. I know that I was within my budget. Dim Sum is yummy but very filling. Wasn't hungry even after a 3 1/2 mile walk today. Having breakfast though.
Felt good to go for a walk. It has been a bit of a stressful week with the death of a man who was like a grandfather to me (My husband's grandfather). Everywhere are reminders of him but always good memories.
At anyrate, hopefully this week will be more normal. Next week we plan to go to Atlantic City to celebrate (belatedly) our anniversary. We were supposed to go last week but with Grandpa's passing we postponed it. It will hopefully be a relaxing getaway. Other than that, doing fine here. Nice to know that I started my day with 9,000 steps. Now for studying.
