راحت السكرة..واجت الفكرة So after the lamb dinner with thousands of fat and alcohol calories the evaluation process kicks in. Guilt over a short lived good time... all the weight I lost in one week is back in one hour..I have to learn to enjoy my parties/social life with fewer calories. Pleasure must come from something else other than inhaling food and alcohol...But what and how to accomplish this remains a mystery. I am not much of a talker. .. The silliness of small talk bores me to death..The heated arguments of philosophical/social issues and the stupidity/naivety of some people raises my blood pressure. So, I need to find something to do during these sit-down dinners other than EAT!!
