Oh the agony of Sundays! The snacks killed me, and I didnt love them. But I wrote it all down, even though I didnt want to, and that counts as something today.
I have an injury kickin it in my right foot ( on the top, in the metatarcels 2 and 3) not sure what is going on there... I hope it is better in the am so I can continue on to the 5k on my birthday ( in Feb). Anywho, feeling slightly positive and wanted to share, Iknow I havent been the ray of sunshine I could be lately, life has been hard and stressful. Everyone have a great week, we can all do this!!
