I dust them in flour. Put them in egg wash then roll in seasoned flour. Then repeat the egg was n seasoned flour. I put them in the fridge to cool for an hour.
Straight out of the fridge into hot oil to brown (2-3 minutes). Drain on paper towel then bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
