Had to see the doc today, due to a cramping feeling on my left side. Was afraid I was going to have another episode with diverticulitis but as my Dad use to say, I've got a fart caught sideways. It started yesterday and I had hopes that it would go away this morning, but no luck :) So now I'm taking dicyclomine for a few days. If not gone in a few days I will be back to the doc. Saying my prays that it goes away.

Angela, sorry your not feeling well and hope you feel better soon. I know how painful that can be. I suffer from IBS but I have to say that I have not had any trouble since I change to a healthier diet. I guess that it another positive thing I can be thankful for. Prayers your way friend.

Phyllis....Thank you and I hope it goes away. Today it is not as bad. I hope as time goes on with the exercise and change of diet it will soon go away forever. I find it ironic that this just started well after changing my ways but I'm thinking its my body getting rid of the toxins that has been in my body for to long and now being released. :)
