I'm finally back on track with Fatsecret. I've been working out on mypypeline.com but the reality is that according to my online trainer, James Greenwood, nutrition is 85% of the challenge.
So, here's the deal: Weight loss is just Math. Calories in vrs. calories out. I'm going to track my calories out with my Polar Heart Rate Monitor (which I bought on mypypeline.com) which, honestly is the best investment EVER!! and track my calories in on FatSecret.
