Today is a proud day for me for 2 reasons: 1. I restarted couch25k-- when I could have punked out. 2. We have had Oreos ( of the DoubleStuf variety) in my pantry since Saturday and I have only eaten 2. Yes, look at me with my self control. lol I have been discouraged by the lack of weight loss. Maybe I wasn't beibg completely honest-- maybe I simply forgot to log in some food. I am not sure, but, I hope I am back on. There were a coupled of weeks were I just felt beat down by life. I know it could be worse, but it felt like it couldn't at the time. I have my big girl panties on again and it feels good. I thought I might die while doing w1d1, but I didnt and I am glad I did it. Good job me.
