Morning hope all are doing well this cold cold day from Gauteng. Start this week on a good note , yesterday was my first 6:18 fasting . Was good just hope I stick to it. Not not very good with routines. Get bored easily. As they say one day at a time. Have a super duper day all , much Love

hi. I did 5:19. last time. truthfully all IF times work. but I think the smaller the eating window, the better the results
