I have lost 3.8 kg since I started my journey once again. So 3 week down and many more to go. 3weeks ago i was the heaviest I have ever been. I am happy that I lost the weight but at the same time I have realized that I ate way too much. The main reason is that I cannot get below 2200 cal average a week and I am still loosing weight. I am supposed to eat 1900. Reality check
