I was super bloated and uncomfortable this morning. Norm for herbalife? I was also up a pound. Day 2 went well other than that... 2 shakes, lots of water, or hl tea, a semi healthy dinner and stayed around 1,500 calories. I'm still feeling pretty uncomfortable. Here's hoping tomorrow brings a better day!
