So for those of you who saw or engaged with my last post, you'll remember that I posted about Weigh In.
I decided to take the plunge today and do it and it seems I am 2kg down in a week! This is fantastic!
Even though the 2kgs aren't really visible, I do feel lighter and good about myself because I have been eating right and trying so hard to stick to my workout routine - which is bare minimum for now but it still kills me! I'm really chuffed with myself right now and I needed the scale to respond this way just for motivation!
I can't wait to start seeing the difference!
