Weigh In Champs

Hi Guys,

Could you please advise me on how often you do your weigh in?

I'm kinda indecisive about how often I should do it. Should it be Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Monthly?

Looking Forward to suggestions.

It all depends on you and how you react to what the scale says 🙂 Many people choose to weigh in daily - this helps to motivate them, and keep them in the right mindset for the day, but it can show many fluctuations such as retaining water, etc. So your weight might shift quite a bit from day to day, but, if you are eating right, should be going down consistently. Weighing weekly helps to smooth out those fluctuations, which many people prefer. You don’t get the erratic weight daily, but rather a bigger, consistent loss. Similarly for fortnightly and monthly... it evens out fluctuations. Long story short - it all depends on YOU! You need to find out what motivates you, and what works best to compliment your journey.

I do three times a week. I don't weigh in over weekends at all because I can't always control what happens over weekends. but during the week it's all work and no play. that's when I see the true results. Monday Wednesday and Friday

I just weigh when I feel like it. Sometimes if you tell yourself that you can only weigh yourself in a week's/month's time, you get demotivated because it seems too far away. Other times you feel bloated on your "weigh-in day" and you're dreading stepping on the scale. So I just step on the scale when I feel good about it xD

I weigh weekly ... Reason being your daily body weight can fluctuate and would just not be able to handle the ups and downs and would be totally demotivated by it! so my routine is the same day weekly with the same routine and same clothes / sleeping shorts 1st thing when I wake up before the rest of my day begins ... More important ... so many people ... so many differences and so many different preferences. So ... do what makes you more comfortable and fit into your routine! Happy losing!!

haha I weigh in whenever I think I have lost weight. not every day then. and not when I know its going to be depressing. min once a week though, to keep myself honest
