Today is a down day for my husband and I. I'm excited for my husband. He is starting it for the first time. I have somewhat been on the diet for a year now. However, the past 6 months have been rough. I have not been following the diet very well due to life; deaths, holidays, stress, lack of self discipline. My support team is basically on maintenance only, and I still have about 20 lbs to go. So close, yet so far from goal weight. I am finding that I am having a harder time logging than I am eat less. The only reason I have not gained any more than I have is because I have done as close to the diet as I thought. I was and am eating less, but not sure of the caloric intake. Right now I am just trying to focus on logging my intake, but finding it very difficult. With my phone that I have now it is easier to log, but I know that I need to slow down a bit and take the time to log my food intake. Slow down and breathe. Here's to doing better to lose weight.
