Iam still at 220. For a month now. Something is going on with me. I am sad, I am uninterested. I am failing at what feels like everything. I need a punch in the face of sunshine. Of course, I am sad because I am fat I am sad because I feel overwhelmed. I am overwhelmed because I feel powerless. Powerless. Thats the feeling. it will get better, I just have to keep plugging.
