Down to 295.2 and 56.5 percent body fat. This is nuts. I never thought I could get to this point. I have some pictures from yesterday's pant shopping trip. I ran out of slacks to wear to work. More like I shrunk out of them. I'm now into a 48 waist which is a bit snug depending on the cut but that is so much better than a 66 inch waist. Any way I'll get the picts posted soon.
