Please take great care of yourself first like skinny has said shingles are from stress .Concerning diet just take a break eat healthy a balanced diet put aside weight loss for now until u heal .Then afterwards you can recommence your diet .

I have the deepest sympathy for you with a colicky baby. It's the worst. Give less attention to "diet" - right now baby needs mommy and mommy needs to be healthy. You cannot pour from an empty cup. Step back, take a deep breath. Do just one day at a time. Just one. Try, if you can, not to think about tomorrow or ponder about yesterday. Just focus on now. Otherwise the muchness of it all will overwhelm you.
